UPDATE November 28, 2008

 For floors 11-16 the work is coming close to being done!  Donate Construction has finished the stone installation, door veneer and lighting.  The wallpaper is 80% complete as is the painting of the utility doors.  We are expecting the new material for the front of the elevators to be here next week, and once that and the wallpaper is finished the carpet will be laid.  We should have these floors complete by the week of December 8th.

 For floors 6-10, much of the past two weeks have been dedicated to the stone and door veneer installation.  The walls are 90% ready for wallpaper (a little more plaster and sanding) and the electrical is ready for light fixture installation.  They will begin applying the veneer around the mirror by the elevator and finishing the electrical work over the next week.

 Floors T-5 have gone through the demo (and dirtiest) phase.  The walls still require plaster and sanding, but the door veneer installation is already at the 2nd floor.   Installing the stone has also begun on the 5th floor. 

 The Lobby has new soffits and additional lights installed.  The Mailroom walls are prepped and primed. 

 Our staff is continuing to run new RG6 wire through the soffits and connecting to the 5 phone rooms starting at the top 5 floors.
